About
With 8 years of experience in policy analysis, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, I am able to conceptualize and execute political strategy for social justice and human rights.
I have proven experience in leading high-impact projects and campaigns in politically complex environments through the Senate of the Philippines, driving policy change in human rights, public health, women’s and children’s rights, and anti-corruption by framing issues, developing strategic partnerships, and managing stakeholders.
I was the former founder of mental health organization, Tala: Mental Wellness which was among the first youth mental health advocacy organizations in the Philippines, delivering psychosocial services for former gang members at the National Center for Mental Health, and public workshops and talks on mental health, self-care, and empathy to schools, universities, and communities.
I hold an advanced degree in the intersection of conflict, human rights, and justice from SOAS, University of London. I am an Asia Pacific Obama Leader 2023, recognised for advancing democracy and human rights in the Asia Pacific region.
